Terms of Sale and Conditions
- General:
- Terms of Sale and Delivery supersede buyer purchase order conditions unless allowed by HMI Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. in writing
- Prices:
- For current prices and installation costs contact your local supplier
- Freight:
- Freight is Pre-Paid and added to invoice if shipping instructions are not included with the order. Choice of carrier is determined by Hoyme Manufacturing Inc.
- Terms:
- NET 30 days from invoice date
- Minimum Charge:
- All orders are subject to a $25.00 minimum charge
- Credit Claims:
- No credit claims allowed or deducted without prior written authorization from HMI Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. Proof of purchase shall accompany all claims
- Credit Balance:
- HMI Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. will cancel and have no further liability for any credit balance regardless of reason (overpayment, returns, etc.) which remains open after 1 year of the issuance date
- Returns:
- No returns are to be made and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without prior written authorization from Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. Proof of purchase must accompany all returns
- All returned merchandise is subject to an 18% restocking charge
- GST:
- GST Registration Number is 102410198RT. This Registration and GST amount will appear on invoices in accordance with Revenue Canada Taxation requirements

The Products manufactured by Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service and carry a limited warranty for a period of two years Electrical and ten years Mechanical.
Terms and Obligations will not exceed those expressed in the Standard Hoyme Manufacturing Inc. Limited Warranty Policy.
